RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Tamannaah is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our Website. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to replace the order with same or other product of same or lower value subject to the conditions specified as herein below provided.
REPLACEMENT PROCESS
Replacements are accepted only for defective products and must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with the tag intact and include the invoice. To start the replacement process for defective products, please contact us at hello@tamannaah.com.
Our courier partner will handle the collection of the replaced items from your specified address at no extra cost.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused. The company would be undertaking quality check (QC) upon receipt of the returned product and the replacement would be processed only after the QC is passed.
